From the shop floor to a confident decision.
deteqta is built for the moment that matters, when the item is in your hand, or scrolling past in a live stream, and you've got seconds to decide. Here is exactly what happens.
Deteqt it.
Two ways, whichever is quicker. Type the item: brand, what it is, size if you know it. Or take up to five photos: the label, the tag, the whole piece, any flaws. Photos give a sharper read, but text alone works when you're moving fast.
deteqta checks it against real sold prices.
It identifies the item and looks at what pieces like it have actually sold for across the major resale platforms. Not asking prices, not wishful thinking. Sold prices. Condition changes the number, so it factors that in, and tells you how confident it is. Text only gives a sensible estimate; photos push the confidence higher.
You get a Valuation.
One screen, four answers:
- Maximum buy price: the most you can pay and still make money.
- Target sell price: what to list it at, based on the sold data.
- Estimated profit: after platform fees. Postage and packaging are yours to add, because they are different for everyone.
- Best platforms: ranked for this item by who is buying, how fast it tends to sell, and where it fetches the most.
Buy it or leave it.
That is the whole point. You make the call with the numbers in front of you instead of a gut feeling and a hope. Leave it if it doesn't work. Grab it if it does.
If it has read something wrong, fix it.
Every Valuation shows how deteqta read your item: brand, model, size, material, colour. If something is off, edit it and run it again. That correction is free and doesn't use a scan.
What it won't do.
It won't promise you a sale. It won't quote a price it can't stand behind; where the evidence is thin, it tells you, with a lower confidence score. And on authenticity, it flags what's worth checking rather than declaring something real or fake. That judgement stays with you.
Try it on your next find.
